NORTH WILTS YOUTH LEAGUE: Three and easy for Burke and Bassett

EUAN Burke fired a hat-trick to help Wootton Bassett Town Yellow progress to the next round of the Under 13 County Cup.
His treble helped secure an 8-0 win for Bassett over Trowbridge Town B.
Charlie Emmerson chipped in with a double while other goals from Lewis Cholod, Jamie Byrom and Joshua Curtis competed the scoring.
Greenmeadow beat Croft Juniors Blue 7-2. Sam Jones hit three for Meadow with others coming from Jake MArsh, Harrison Lea, Lee Murphy and Jack Trott.
UNDER 9 DIVISION 1
CROFT beat Greenmeadow 4-1 thanks to goals from Lewis Hutchinson (2), William Collis-Smith and Adam King.
UNDER 9 DIVISION 2
DANNY Aldred’s late strike ensured Liden Community Green drew 1-1 draw with Highworth Town Juniors T.
A first-half penalty save spurred Ferndale Rodbourne onto a well-deserved 3-0 victory over Wroughton Youth Blue, with Ollie Endicott, Joah Hall and Zane Pinnock getting the goals.
UNDER 10 DIVISION 1
CROFT Juniors Red and Highworth Town Juniors H fought out a goalless stalemate.
Shrivenham went a goal up against Greenmeadow, but goals from Max Whitfield, Ben Cardus and a hat-trick from Rowan Doyle turned the game in the visitors’ favour as they won 5-1.
Sam Morse scored twice for Liden Community in their 2-0 victory at Wootton Bassett Town Blue.
UNDER 10 DIVISION 2
FOUR goals from Tom Moore helped Wanborough Juniors on the way to a 7-1 win against Swindon Supermarine.
Joel Trojan (2) and Jacob Chilcott got the other Wanborough goals.
UNDER 10 DIVISION 3
HIGHWORTH Town Juniors T continued their winning run with a 3-1 victory at Cricklade Youth.
Goals from Will Webster and Cameron Hicks saw Highworth 2-0 up at half-time before Webster added his second and the visitors’ third from the penalty spot.
UNDER 10 DIVISION 4
HIGHWORTH Town Juniors J beat Wroughton Youth White 3-2 despite racing to a 3-0 lead thanks to goals from James Whettam and one from Drew Ellis.
UNDER 11 DIVISION 2
FERNDALE Rodbourne Rovers lost to league leaders Liden 5-1. Danny Wade got Rovers’ sole effort.
Luke Carter hit a hat-trick for Swindon Youth as they beat Pewsey Vale 7-0.
Also on target was Jake Collis (2), Ruben Murkin-Whyte and Ellis Wheeler.
UNDER 11 DIVISION 3
GOALS from William Russell, Joshua Macdivitt, William Kendrick and Sam Mallorie-Williams gave Highworth Town Juniors J a 4-1 win against Lambourn Sports.
UNDER 12 DIVISION 1
CROFT Juniors Red beat Ferndale YCFC 6-0 while Swindon Rangers A won 5-1 at Liden thanks to goals from Joe Tyson, Toby Kutassy (2) and Finley Merchant.
Harry Timbrell set Croft Juniors Red en route to a 6-0 victory over Ferndale Rodbourne. Dan Skinner also hit a brace with Hamsa Amaan and Tom Legge rounding off the scoring.
UNDER 12 DIVISION 2
FERNDALE Rodbourne Youth went down 3-1 against Fairford Town with James White scoring their consolation.
UNDER 12 DIVISION 3
A LATE Josh Haynes penalty looked to have sealed victory for Ferndale Colts at Wootton Bassett White before the hosts levelled with only minutes left.
Highworth Town Juniors T got back to winning ways with a 2-1 win over Stratton Youth thanks to goals from Sam Lewis and Elliot Doughty.
UNDER 14 DIVISION 1
SWINDON Supermarine ran out 2-0 winners against newly-promoted Brinkworth Cats with goals from Louis O’Shea and Matthew Penalla-Lach.
UNDER 14 DIVISION 3
Dan Markey netted a hat-trick and Jack Stone also scored as Highworth Town Juniors T beat Brinkworth Cats Red 4-2.
UNDER 15 DIVISION 1
BRINKWORTH Cats fought back after trailing 2-1 at half-time to beat Highworth Town Juniors H 4-2.
Jake Covey (2), Luke Whitmarsh and Levi Kuenen got the goals.
UNDER 16 DIVISION 1
DESPITE scoring two own goals, Ferndale Rodbourne were too strong for Calne and ran out 7-3 winners.
Miles Frost (2), Nathan Marland (2), Bradley Keene, Stuart Smith (pen) and Saugat Gurung registered for Ferndale.
UNDER 16 DIVISION 2
JACOB Wiltshire scored both goals as Croft drew 2-2 with Highworth.
