9:48pm
Game over! Swindon have won, they didn't half do it the hard way, but they did it.
9:46pm
Seven seconds.
9:46pm
Just 35 seconds left for Swindon to hang on.
9:45pm
Goalie pulled.
9:44pm
GOAL! (Guildford 4, Swindon 5, 58.36)
Guildford score a fourth and it's Kohut this time. Surely not overtime again!
9:40pm
GOAL! (Guildford 3, Swindon 5, 56.49)
The hosts immediately pull one back through Rick Plant. Two minutes left now.
9:39pm
GOAL! (Guildford 2, Swindon 5, 56.32)
Hat-trick for Nell. The Flames can't clear and the puck drops straight to Nell, who has all the time in the world to fire home.
9:35pm
More than 1,500 people at the Spectrum tonight. The vast majority of those look like they are going to go home unhappy. Swindon defending for their lives here.
9:34pm
Five minutes to play.
9:34pm
Swindon battled their hearts out against Basingstoke on Sunday and only got a point. They have battled even harder tonight. Two points, surely?
9:32pm
Flames back to full strength.
9:30pm
Powerplay for Cats.
9:29pm
Watt is back.
9:29pm
GOAL! (Guildford 2, Swindon 4, 50.55)
An almighty scramble in front of the net and Andy Hemmings levels. Looked like Skinns kept it out for a moment but the Flames man bundled it in. Seconds later Guildford think they have another. They haven't.
9:25pm
Penalty killed.
9:24pm
Two minutes for Nicky Watt.
9:23pm
It's all Guildford at the moment but the visitors are defending manfully. Skinns not seriously stretched in the last few minutes.
9:21pm
This might be pre-emptive, but I reckon Wildcats are going to win this game, you know.
9:18pm
Sublime last-ditch defending from Stevie Whitfield to block a certain goal. Just got his stick out in time.
9:15pm
Guildford open up in determined fashion and this could be a long 20 minutes for the visiting supporters.
9:13pm
Period three has begun.

Come on Cats!!!
8:57pm
GOAL! (Guildford 1, Swindon 4, 39.06)
That is a sucker punch of the highest order from Cats and it was Perkkio that put it away. Just 20 minutes to hold out but this should be theirs.
8:54pm
Referee Thompson chalks off a ghost goal from Lundin. Skinns is down in a heap. Considerable anger from a few of the home fans at that one.
8:52pm
Hoog races clear on goal and is by clearly brought down by a stick. As clear as day that one. Hoog misses his penalty shot, directing straight at Mark Lee. Great chance gone.
8:47pm
Swindlehurst returns.
8:45pm
Skinns seems to claw it practically off his own line but there was a stick in there as well. Dramatic times, these.
8:44pm
If Swindon come out of the next 90 seconds two goals up they will be quite happy with that.
8:43pm
Paul Swindlehurst into the bin for hooking. Five on the ice for the visitors.
8:42pm
Cats back to five on the ice.
8:41pm
GOAL! (Guildford 1, Swindon 3, 30.43)
Jez Lundin immediately makes the most of the five on three powerplay as he slams into the net. Simple goal.
8:39pm
Joe Baird gets two minutes now and the visitors are down to four.
8:38pm
No joy for player-coach Paul Dixon with a slapshot on the powerplay.
8:37pm
Chris Jones gets two minutes for hooking.
8:36pm
Skinns saves comfortably from Swindon old boy Jozef Kohut. Skinns has been a very busy netminder this season, but he has had a fairly comfortable time of it so far this evening.
8:32pm
Wildcats have pressed the self-destruct button on these kind of occasions a few times this season. Is tonight the night where they see out a lead?
8:28pm
Matias Perkkio hits the pipes in trying to make it 4-0, Guildford are absolutely stunned.
8:27pm
GOAL! (Guildford 0, Swindon 3, 22.46)
Unbelievable. Swindon are three up at the Spectrum following a one-on-one situation and it was Lee Richardson that grabbed the goal with the assist coming from Hoog.
8:24pm
Curtis Huppe lifts over from a couple of yards out. Very good chance.
8:24pm
Penalty killed by Flames.
8:21pm
Second period is go.
8:09pm
Cracking first period. Fisticuffs, goals, plenty of speed and flair. Excellent.
8:06pm
There's a bit more nonsense at the final buzzer and there's plenty of needle in this EPL clash.
8:05pm
Handbags and Sharp was involved again. He gets 2+10 for roughing. Not sure who the Wildcats player was, impossible to tell from my angle.
8:00pm
GOAL! (Guildford 0, Swindon 2, 16.06)
Guildford go close but seconds later Cats are down the other end and Hoog plays a lovely diagonal pass to Nell, who taps in from all of two yards. The home crowd are stunned into silence.
7:54pm
Penalty killed.
7:52pm
Two minutes for Loris Taylor for tripping.
7:52pm
GOAL! (Guildford 0, Swindon 1, 6.53)
The lead lasts all of 11 seconds as the Flames completely fall asleep at the back and Aaron Nell rifles in the equaliser. Game on.
7:42pm
Jonas Hoog fires at goal for the first time but no cigar.
7:42pm
Not sure won the fight, really. Pretty decent tear-up, though.
7:38pm
Wow. Less than two and a half minutes in and Sam Bullas and Andrew Sharp are knocking seven bells out of each other. Nicky Watt called for Swindon to stand up for themselves in his brand new Adver column today. That's exactly what Bullas did there. It's 2+2s for both men.
7:37pm
Anyway, enough of that. Swindon netminder Dean Skinns has just been forced into his first save.
7:36pm
Apologies for the lack of pre-match updates. Let's just say the M4 and the M25 did not help matters. In fact they were horrendous.
