5:19pm

The home side have made a couple of new additions for today's game, and former skipper Joe Baird is expecting Scott McKenzie and Juraj Senko to make a difference.

Swindon Advertiser: Wildcats defenceman Joe Baird

JOE BAIRD

โ€œMcKenzie has been around for a while and he certainly knows where the net is and Senko will do a half-decent job.

โ€œAn extra player in a team gives other players a rest, so they gain from it.

โ€œTelford have quite a low budget so the quality of their players might be less than other teams, but they have taken points off good teams this year and are dangerous on their own rink.

โ€œThey have a good goalie this season as well, all they need is a little bit of offence.

โ€œIt's all about team performance and a willingness to do what it takes to win, any bunch of players can win games.โ€

5:16pm

The Wildcats go into this game having won their last two matches, both against Sheffield, and once again enjoy the luxary of a one game weekend before the busy Christmas period.

5:15pm

Welcome to Telford for this evening's EPL action, where the Wildcats take on the league's bottom side, Telford Tigers.
