Plans to allow Gift Aid-style payments on small donations to charities of up to £20 are set to become law after clearing Parliament.
The Small Charitable Donations Bill, which has cross-party support and has already been agreed by MPs, went through all its stages in the House of Lords without votes.
Ministers say the changes will provide charities with an additional £100 million of funding once they are up and running.
