"Dear all, .

Following a really damp squib of a pitch last Tuesday night the Football League generated another damp squib last night - what a bunch of 'xxxxxxxxxxxs' (replace the xs with any phrase of your own). Let's just hope it will all go through cleanly when the loan window opens next Friday!…..they can't block it then surely!?…..hopefully they'll be training with us in the mean time!

Tomorrow's game is using every bit of modern cricket technology in order to get the game on and with the rain forecast to subside late this morning a combination of almost 36 hours of drying time along with the 'SUPER SOPPER" from Sussex Cricket Club we should be guaranteed a match albeit it on a sandy wet beachy bog.

Who knows what the events of the week will do to the players minds in the approach to the match tomorrow but hopefully we can continue our 100% league record with no goals against v the Creepies……3 x 3-0 wins in the football league but I'll settle for 5-0 tomorrow! :-) .

I can't make it to Crawley but hoping to be there on Tuesday…..give a shout for me folks and come on Town siege mentality and make it difficult for the new boys to get into the team (when the are allowed to arrive that is)…..WE ARE PAOLO'S RED AND WHITE WARRIORS!!

ALso totally peed with the situation at the moment, I was at Orient and did think Paolo was muted at the end, we can all see why now, Sadly I am at Twickenham today having been given a ticket to the rugby, so sadly cannot get to Crawley, otherwise i would be there, I can see a big town turnout today, lets hope that this time next week everything is sorted for the better
