VILLAGE Inn and Fratellos will have to do it all again for the right to play in the Adver Cup final.

The teams played out a 2-2 draw at the weekend with Andi Drinkwater bagging a brace for Village.

Old Town or AFC Globe await the winners of the replay, which is set to take place this weekend.

In the George Thomas Cup, two goals from Gareth Walton were not enough to prevent a 3-2 semi-final defeat for Swiss Chalet against Swindon Spitfires.

Dale Surridge, Phil Legace and Barry Winslow scored for Spitfires as the lower-division side went through.

In the other semi-final, Ferndale were 5-3 winners over Sportz Central.

Chiseldon defeated Fox & Hound 3-1 in Division One in a game that saw all the goals scored in the second half.

After the break Chiseldon started well and Stuart Cody (2) and Matt Cook put them 2-0 up.

Cary Watson smashed in a glorious goal from long range but it only proved a consolation for Fox.

Elsewhere in the division, Bassett secured a 2-1 victory over Larry’s Plaice.

Only two games were played in the Sunday League with Greyhound hammering Inter Sandgate 7-0 in Division One and Gorsehill Borough thrashing AFC Royal 5-2 in Division Seven.

Meanwhile, just one game was completed in the Wiltshire League with Ashton Keynes beating Marshfield 6-4 in a thriller. Madames’ game against Chippenham Park Reserves was abandoned.

Faringdon Town lost ground in the North Berks League Division One title race after suffering a 2-1 defeat at home to Didcot Casuals.

Fletcher Hoey put Didcot in front before Liam Humphreys equalised, but Lee Fuller hit the winning goal.
