SWINDON TOWN: Dany loving life at the County Ground
DANY N’Guessan is reveling in his new life at Swindon Town after a difficult period at Millwall.
The striker, who netted his third goal for Swindon from the penalty spot in the 1-0 victory over Tranmere Rovers on Saturday, endured a rough time at the New Den where he felt he was not given enough of a chance to prove his ability and subsequently the fans sided against him.
However, after six weeks in Wiltshire N’Guessan has said that he is enjoying his football once again.
“In football it can change quickly. I started this season and it didn’t start well when I wasn’t playing many games,” he said.
“Now I’m playing games and scoring goals. It’s working out for me and so that’s good.
“I just want to play and if I can score I will score. With the positions I get in hopefully I will score.
“I feel fit but with three big games that we’ve had it was a little bit tough for me.
“But I feel a lot fitter now than when I came here.
“I’m feeling good at the minute and I’m scoring goals. It’s a good feeling scoring goals and winning as well. I just want to give 100 per cent.”
