SWINDON'S Dennis Smith will play Adrian Lewis in the first round of the World Darts Championship following this morning's draw.

Smith has qualified for Alexandra Palace after enjoying a good year on the PDC ProTour which saw him finish as one of the top 16 qualifiers outside the top 32 in the world rankings.

Lewis, known as Jackpot, is a two-time world champion and currently sits number three in the order of merit.
