COTSWOLD Flyball Club took three teams to a major early-season tournament at the Lord Roberts Centre in Bisley, Surrey.
The Gusts dominated Division Three with four wins out of four to take gold.
Rubin, Mist, Cerys, Dillon and Rhona were expertly handled by trainer Mike Smith, whose clever tactics overcame some very strong teams.
The Cyclones, seeded in Division Two, gave a good account of themselves and were heading for second place when Tammi suffered an injury after a quick turn and had to retire.
This meant the team, with no spare dog for the event, had to forfeit their last match but still finished fourth and in the tables.
In Division Five, The Sundowners put up a valiant fight with all five dogs involved. Perla, Fergus, Evie, Jack and Kelli rotated to end up fourth.
Cotswold Flyball Club are a BFA-registered club that train weekly at Long Newnton Airfield on Sundays (10am). For more information go to cotswoldflyballclub.webs.com.
