WRAG Barn professional Martin Sell lies tied fourth after the first day’s play at Redlibbets Golf Club in Kent.

The Jamega Tour order of merit leader enjoyed a bogey-free front nine which included a birdie on the par five seventh hole.

Birdies at 10 and 14 took Sell to three under par for the day before a dropped shot proved the only blotch on his card.

Sell parred his way into the clubhouse to finish with a two under par 70 and in a tie for fourth place.

Pentwortham’s Ryan O’Neill leads the way at the half-way point despite carding two bogeys on the back nine.

His haul of six birdies ensured he finished the day one shot ahead of James Webber and David Dixon, who are both currently tied for second place.
