A HIGH Court judge has ruled in favour of Swindon Town chairman Lee Power at the end of a long ownership battle.
Nicholas Strauss QC delivered his judgement at the Rolls Building in London this morning, making Power the majority shareholder in Seebeck 87 Ltd and controller of the football club.
Power and fellow club director Sangita Shah were in attendance in court to hear the decision but Jed McCrory, former chairman of Town, was not present.
McCrory will have to pay for both sides' legal fees - a minimum of £50,000 - reportedly within 28 days.
More follows later.
