ADVER Sport's Tom Bassam with his ratings on the Town player's efforts at Huish Park.
Wes Foderingham
Could not get time on the ball to play and skewed a few too many clearances. Purely as a goalkeeper he played very well, making some key saves. 6
Jack Stephens
Another solid display, improved by an assist that many natural right-backs would have been pleased with. 7
Nathan Thompson (sent off)
Another suspension looming after a pair of silly bookings, the first was blatant, the second less so. His surges from the back illustrated what Town will miss. 6
Jordan Turnbull
Was made uncomfortable by the Yeovil press but had a good header go just wide in the first half. Could do little about the Yeovil goal. 6
Nathan Byrne
Another whose stock rose in second half, had a couple of decent strikes and caused Twumasi more problems. 7
Yaser Kasim
Was a key part of the resurgence in the second half as he was able to drive forward more in the second half. 7
Amari’i Bell
Made one good cross but struggled to get at the Yeovil defence and lost a lot of aerial duels. Not his day. 5
Massimo Luongo
The Aussie was a little sluggish, especially in the opening 45, perhaps all the travel this week was a factor. He kept going and was a key part of Town’s late rally. 7
Louis Thompson (booked)
Buzzed around but couldn’t get in the game in the first half. Offered more after the break and showed great versatility filling in at the back after his brother’s dismissal. 6
Michael Smith
A quiet day for the Geordie striker, he had a physical battle with the Yeovil centre-halves that he wasn’t always on top of. 6
Jonathan Obika
Got little opportunity up top and looked understandably laboured having just returned from injury. 6
SUBS
Andy Williams (for Obika, 45)
Made an immediate impact and scored a wonderful goal. Having someone of his and ability is a great asset from the bench. 8
Ben Gladwin (for Bell, 60)
Offered a different threat to Bell, with his loping trickery, not quite at his sharpest after injury. One shot from distance that went well wide. 6
