HIGHWORTH Town Juniors T secured the league title with a 3-0 win at home to Castle Coombe.
After a goalless first half, Freddie Dickinson was pushed into the midfield and sealed the title with a composed hat-trick.
Joe Gleed was Ferndale’s player of the match in their superb 10-2 defeat of Wootton Bassett Town White.
Maciej Demidowicz scored his third hat-trick in four games, Ben Simons scored two, and Harry Johnson, Lucas Peachey, Dan O’Brien and Sam Stokes got a goal each. There was also an unfortunate Bassett own goal.
Ferndale Rodbourne’s impressive League Cup run ended due to a 3-1 defeat against the clinical and well-organised Division 1 leaders Croft Juniors Red.
Ferndale conceded a goal inside the first couple of minutes and Croft increased their lead towards the break.
Ferndale conceded from a penalty before rallying well, allowing Afonso Alves Ferreira to score a consolation.
Under 11
Division 1
SWINDON Supermarine J brushed aside Swindon Supermarine T 6-2 to achieve a double over their rivals and climb up to fifth.
The first half started off slowly but when Josh Godwin pounced to put Marine J in front the hosts never looked back.
Harry Johnson put Supermarine J two up with a superb powerful drilled shot from just outside the penalty area.
Luke Legg was soon on the scoresheet when he latched onto a through ball by Rhys Ward to beat two defenders and plant the ball past the keeper.
There was time for T to pull a goal back before half-time, after a mistake from J keeper Josh Pickett.
The second half was a tighter affair, with Marine T coming back into the contest and forcing J’s substitute keeper Arron Hume into a number of saves, as well hitting the post twice.
J were able to step it up and found the back net again when Josh Hall stepped up to smash home a penalty after Zachary Evans was felled in the box for their fifth.
A great cross from Ward found Evans in acres of space and he gleefully smashed home a goal against his former club to make it 6-1.
Marine T were to pull another goal back on the final whistle as J were caught on a counter attack as the match.
Under 12
Division 4
MAN of the match Jacob Jackson helped Lydiard come from behind to beat table-topping South Cerney 3-2.
South Cerney went in front with their first attack, before George Moore pulled Lydiard level almost instantly.
Cerney got their noses back in front with a long-range effort.
The second half was end to end before a goal from Olie Tremblen and a 25th of the season for Will Steckerl won it against the league leaders.
Under 16
Division 2
HIGHWORTH Town Juniors T scored five second-half goals to complete a 6-0 away win against Wanborough Juniors.
Aiden Bennett netted a hat-trick, Aaron Aryee got two and Ollie Mulraney also found the net.
Under 13
League Cup
FC ABBEY Meads Youth booked there cup final place, after defeating Highworth Town Juniors H 3-0.
Meads scored all their goals in second half. Brandon Lewis scored two, one from the penalty spot. Harry Rule got the third with an individual effort.
