SWINDON Town are today set to complete a deal to sign three Liverpool players on loan, according to reports this morning.

Youngsters Jordan Williams, Kevin Stewart and Ryan Kent are all expected to agree season-long switches to Wiltshire.

Defender Stewart, 21, was pictured at the County Ground on June 24 ahead of discussions over a proposed move, with the Adver also reporting Town’s interest in 18-year-old midfielder Kent at the time.

The duo are now set to be unveiled as official Town signings, alongside 19-year-old midfielder Williams.

Should those deals all go through today, they will take Swindon’s total summer signings to four following the arrival of former Arsenal youngster Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill on a two-year contract.

They will likely go straight into the squad for Town's first pre-season friendly of the summer tomorrow night against Swindon Supermarine at the Webb's Wood Stadium.

Williams is the only one of the trio to have a Liverpool first-team appearance to his name, having played in a Capital One Cup clash at the start of the 2014/15 season, and signed new contract at Anfield back in January to keep him at the club until the summer of 2017.

Williams joined the Reds at under-14 level from Wrexham and has been a consistent performer for the club’s under-21s squad and was regularly promoted to train with the first team at Liverpool's Melwood base last term.

He finished last season on loan at Notts County and made eight appearances for the Magpies.

Meanwhile, Stewart was snapped up by Liverpool from Tottenham last summer before the Anfield club sent him out on loan to Cheltenham Town.

He made just four appearances for the Whaddon Road club before being loaned to Burton, where he played seven times and scored twice.

Finally, Kent joined the Reds at the age of seven, working his way up through the ranks after starting with the club's under-9s and played a key role for Liverpool under-21s in the 2014/15 campaign.
