LIVERPOOL will unleash more than £60 million of attacking talent for the first time against Swindon Town at the County Ground tomorrow (4pm).

Striker Christian Benteke and forward Roberto Firmino - signed during the summer for £32.5 million and £29 million respectively - will play some part in tomorow's sell-out friendly, according to reports on Merseyside.

As reported by the Swindon Advertiser, the high-profile duo were left out of Liverpool's squad to take on HJK in Helsinki today, raising the prospect of them appearing against Mark Cooper's Town this weekend.

That now appears to be the case, with the Liverpool Echo reporting today that the pair were poised to appear at the County Ground, with Reds boss Brendan Rodgers also set to take charge from the touchline tomorrow after returning from Finland.

The likes of Adam Bogdan, Kolo Toure, Mamadou Sakho, Alberto Moreno, Lucas Leiva, Emre Can, Joe Allen and Lazar Markovic are all also likely to feature in a strong Liverpool squad travelling to Wiltshire.

Meanwhile, reports today also suggested that Southampton defender Jordan Turnbull could be returning for another spell with Town.

Trowbridge-born Turnbull spent last season on loan at the County Ground and is believed to be being lined up for a comeback, his St Mary's colleague and fellow former Town loanee Jack Stephens having yesterday agreed a loan switch to Championship side Middlesbrough.

Turnbull, who signed a new three-and-a-half-year deal with the Saints earlier this year, won the Swindon Advertiser's Town Player of the Year award last season and his return would be a significant boost to Cooper's defensive options ahead of the start of the new League One season against Bradford City next weekend.
