BROOME Manor hosted the Swindon Schools Grand Final with more than 120 children taking part.
Head coach Lee Hayward set up seven stations, including putting, chipping, with long game and indoor golf competitions.
Ferndale Primary School won with 130 points, last year’s winners Oakhurst finishing second with 104.
Ferndale pupil Luke Cooper also achieved a hole in one on a 60-yard hole, gaining 50 points for his team.
Hayward said: “This was a truly amazing day for local schools of Swindon and shows the importance of grass roots coaching and events.
“To see so many smiling faces buzzing around makes it so rewarding and worthwhile.’’
