JOIN Adver Sport editor Owen Houlihan and chief sports writer Matt Edwards for a live Swindon Town webchat on Thursday evening at www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport.

Owen and Matt will be online between 6-7pm to discuss all the issues surrounding the club as a rollercoaster season at the County Ground continues.

Town’s win at bottom side Coventry on Saturday was a welcome ray of light in what has looked to be an increasingly bleak battle against relegation for the club, following what had been a disastrous February in which Luke Williams’ side had suffered dispiriting defeats to both Bristol Rovers and Oxford United, part of a run of five successive losses.

A tumultuous campaign has also seen the arrival of chairman Lee Power’s good friend Tim Sherwood as director of football, with the subsequent confusion over the nature of the former Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur chief’s exact role at the club and no discernible improvement in results.

The discontent among some supporters has also grown louder, with many expressing misgivings about the direction of the club and the recruitment policy among other issues.

Owen and Matt will be on hand for an hour on Thursday evening to discuss the current state of the club plus any questions you may wish to pose.

We’ll open the webchat on Thursday morning so that questions can be left in advance underneath but you can also post questions in a number of other ways, via Twitter, using #stfcadver, via email (sport@swindonadvertiser.co.uk), or via our Facebook page facebook.com/adversport.
