SWINDON Town will travel to League Two rivals Stevenage in the second round of the FA Cup following this evening’s draw.
David Flitcroft’s side will make the 100-mile trip to the Lamex Stadium on the weekend of December 2.
Town earned their place in the hat for the second round with an emphatic 5-1 victory away at National League South side Dartford on Sunday.
That result ended a run of five consecutive first round exits for the club in the competition.
Stevenage turned in a five-star performance themselves to progress, sweeping past Northern Premier League side Nantwich Town 5-0 on home soil.
Swindon and Stevenage have already met once this season, with Town claiming a 3-2 success in the league at the County Ground back in September.
