Likely line-up
One to watch - Stuart Sinclair
FTER missing all of September through injury, Stuart Sinclair has reclaimed his place in the heart of the Bristol Rovers midfield and has started each of the last four matches.
The 29-year-old is more known for his tireless work ethic and tough tackling than fancy football but is always one of the first names on Rovers boss Darrell Clarke’s team sheet.
Clarke brought Sinclair to the Memorial Stadium in 2014 after previously managing him during his days as a non-league boss at Salisbury.
Sinclair has able managed the step up in level and made his 100th appearance for the Gas at the back end of last season.
Although Sinclair has netted just seven goals in that time, one of those was at the weekend.
Key battle - Ellis Iandolo v Ryan Broom
ELLIS Iandolo was given a first outing at left-back for Swindon Town in last week’s Checkatrade Trophy win over Wycombe Wanderers and could well be back in defence against Bristol Rovers this evening.
The teenager is better known as an attacking midfielder but the Town coaches have tried to improve his defensive nous this term.
Ryan Broom has started Rovers two Checkatrade games so far, so he could well be the man Iandolo has to nullify.
