ALUN Rossiter has described his Robins side as "one big family," claiming team spirit is the key to Swindon's spectacular start to the Elite League season.
Robins moved six points clear at the top of the table with a crushing 56-37 win over Eastbourne on Monday night, as Rossiter's men continue to confound their critics.
The Blunsdon boss revealed he is the head of a happy camp at present, and he is determined to keep spirits soaring throughout the season.
Rossiter, pictured above, said: "This is the best group of lads I have ever worked with during my time at Swindon. They are all fully focused and they are listening to me.
"I can only give them what I can, but they are giving me everything in return. We are working hard as a unit and it is like one big family at the moment.
"I think the pre-season trip to Dublin really helped. We broke some ground with that and everyone seems to be getting along nicely."
Swindon could have their lead slashed to four points on Friday night when Lakeside Hammers host basement side Ipswich Witches.
But Robins could open up a seven-point advantage with victory at Eastbourne on Saturday, and Rossiter believes a third successive away win is not out of the question.
He said: "The boys are full of confidence at the moment but we are not getting carried away.
"They are professional and they know they have a job to do.
"If we can go down to Eastbourne and run them close then people will really start to sit up and take notice."
