The Wiltshire League season draws to a close this weekend with just a couple of matches taking place, writes Ray Burroughs.
Swindon APS will be looking for some silverware in their debut season as they take on FC Chippenham Youth in the final of the Division Two Subsidiary Cup, at Marlborough Town's ground.
With the defection of a couple of sides from Division Two, the Subsidiary Cup was set up to lengthen the season for sides in the section.
The Swindon side finished fifth in the table, a place above FC Chippenham Youth.
Secretary of APS Chris Prictor said his troops were eagerly looking forward to the game with a full squad to choose from, adding: "It's our first season in the Wilts League and we have enjoyed it, to lift a bit of silverware would be the icing on the cake.
"Hopefully our top scorers Liam Byfield and Graham Prictor can come up with the goals and we can end the season on a high."
In the Premier Division, New College are away to AFC Trowbridge Youth.
The Swindon side won their previous two fixtures in fine style, chalking up 12 goals and no doubt manager Mark Teasdale will be looking to end the season with a victory.
