LEIGH Adams will put all thoughts of winning the World Championship firmly to the back of his mind as he goes in search of the "enjoyment factor" at tonight's British Grand Prix.
The Swindon skipper trails leader Nicki Pedersen by 27 points heading into the meeting at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium, but Adams is determined not to pile too much pressure on himself ahead of his home' Grand Prix.
He said: "I've just got to forget about the points, try to win some meetings or get on the rostrum, which is when you double your points.
"We're not even halfway through (the series), so there is still plenty to race for."
Robins boss Alun Rossiter will lead a strong Swindon contingent on their annual pilgrimage to Cardiff, and he believes Adams has what it takes to break his duck in the British GP.
Rosco said: "He knows he can do it, he is the best rider in the world on his day, he just needs to put that into practice."
