SWINDON Wildcats welcome Slough Jets tonight (face-off 7.30pm) in the first of their four challenge matches before the start of the English Premier League season.
The contest will represent the first chance for fans’ to see their 2010/11 team in match action, as they take on last season’s play-off winners.
Several old faces will reunite with their former employers as Jan Krajicek returns to the Link Centre with his new side, while Jan Melichar and Ryan Watt will come up against their ex-teammates from the Jets.
New imports Toivo Suursoo and Jozef Liska are set to make their bows for Swindon, with both looking to continue the form that helped them secure impressive statistics last season.
Former Cardiff trio Jason Stone, Steve Fisher and Jamie Hayes are also expected to take to the ice with the latter returning to the Wildcats following two spells there in recent years.
