SWINDON Wildcats opened their pre-season account with a 3-3 draw against Slough Jets at the Link Centre last night.
Toivo Suursoo opened his Cats’ account with the game’s first goal at 16.41 before Doug Shepherd restored parity on 17.15.
Former Swindon man Jan Krajicek then gave the Jets the lead on 23.13, and Darius Pliskauskas extended the advantage at 33.12 as the Berkshire outfit looked to put the game to bed.
However, Ryan Aldridge’s side hit back, with Steve Fisher firing home on 37.12 and again at 44.09 to secure a share of the bragging rights.
