DAVID Howell lies in a tie for second at the Omega European Masters in Switzerland following a one-under-par round of 70 today.
The Swindon pro is six-under overall at Crans-sur-Sierre following his second 18 holes, just behind fellow Englishman Danny Willett.
This means that the talk will not be about whether Howell can make the cut, but more if he will challenge for honours on the European Tour once more.
The Broome Manor man has been in a rich vein of form in recent times.
