Lechlade celebrate a promotion-winning season

LECHLADE held their annual dinner and awards night at the Twelve Oaks Golf Club in Highworth recently, and multiple gongs were handed out.

The club’s first team scooped the Wiltshire Division title in 2012 and Paul Godding picked up two awards as first-team player and bowler of the year,.

Arran Dickinson picked up batsman of the year for his efforts at the crease.

Lechlade chairman Paul Rowley said: “The club can now look forward to a very exciting 2013.”
