WESTLECOT will look to stretch their unbeaten run in the East Region of the Wessex League to nine matches tomorrow.

However, the leaders face a tough test when they face Carterton, who are second in the table, in their final group match.

The Old Town club have already guaranteed top spot in the East Region after their comprehensive victory over Oxford & District a fortnight ago.

Westlecot will still want to finish with a good win to keep their confidence high ahead of play-offs, which will determine the overall Wessex League champions.

The table-toppers have selected a strong side for this top-of-the-table clash with Carterton as the team contains 12 players who were members of the Wiltshire side a fortnight ago.

Despite sitting in eighth place, Rodbourne Cheney-based Swindon Manor can still look back on a very satisfactory second season in the Wessex League.

After failing to find their feet at all in the last campaign, when they lost all nine of their matches and only mustered 12 points, they have bounced back well.

Manor have notched up wins against Banbury and Chipping Norton and pushed Rivermead to the limit in their last game winning on three of the four rinks in their 87-78 defeat.
