RYAN Martin was in devastating form tonight as he knocked out Linas Mestavicius in the second round at the GL1 Leisure Centre.

The former Walcot and England amateur was at his spiteful best delivering power shots after power shots.

The 21-year-old welterweight took the opening minute to figure out what kind of opponent the well-built Lithuanian was.

However, with not much coming from Mestavicius, Martin found his power and could not miss and broke his opponent’s nose in the opening round.

Martin then upped the tempo in the second round as he looked to get the Lithuanian out of the ring early.

The power from the undefeated Swindonian was immense and when he delivered a big over the top right, Mestavicius went crashing to the canvas and referee Lee Cook waved off the contest to take Martin’s record to five wins from five.
