PENHILL ABC super heavyweight Peter Richards won easily in his bout against L Hickman of City of Portsmouth ABC at Portland.
Hickman, the taller and heavier opponent, was tentative after feeling the full force of Richards’ power early on.
Hickman continued to box on the back foot and Richards found his opponent retreating through all three rounds.
Richards won on a unanimous decision, making it a hat-trick of victories in his debut season.
