UNDER 10 DIVISION 1

Goals from Kieran Mutlow, Tom Ponting and Tobias Lango were enough for Liden to run out 3-0 winners over FC Chippenham A.

The home side took the lead after only 10 minutes after Mutlow powered a shot into the back of the net, but despite long spells of pressure they were not able to add to their lead before the interval.

They came out on the attack after the break, and soon got their reward as Ponting pounced to double the lead.

Lango finished things off with a tap-in to complete the victory, which leaves Liden fifth in the table. Chippenham remain bottom having only picked up a single point from their 11 games.

Croft Juniors Red maintained their recent good form with a 9-1 victory over a spirited Forest Green team.

The game was played in continuous rain, but both teams played some good football on the all-weather pitch at Croft.

Spencer Bunce, Tyger-J Hall, Kieran Sutton and man of the match Kai Richardson all scored two goals before Forest Green scored from a long-range effort to grab a consolation.

Marcellus Hill completed the scoring for Croft JFC to make the final score 9-1.

UNDER 14 DIVISION 3

Dan Markey and Ollie Mulraney both found the net for Highworth Town Juniors T, but their efforts were not enough to stop their side slip to a 3-2 defeat to Stratton Youth.
