A SUPERB team performance by FC Abbeymeads Colts saw them beat Avebury 3-1 in Under 12 Division Four.

Fergus Dean opened the scoring for Abbeymeads after a fine pass from Charlie Reinicke put him through on goal.

Avebury equalised but Abbeymeads soon regained their lead when Dean struck an unstoppable shot from outside the area.

Dean completed his hat-trick just before half-time with another well-struck effort.

Ben Wollen, Todd Harper and Lewis Fisher all played well in the Abbeymeads defence throughout the second half, while James Ejsmont and Zak Temple both had further chances to increase the lead.

Under 13 Division 1 In their table-topping clash, FC Abbey Meads Youth made it five wins in a row and moved to the top of the table with a 1-0 win against FC Chippenham.

Harry Rule drove Meads on, but it was goalkeeper George Wilkins who stole the show with five superb saves. Brandon Lewis scored after good work from Cory Mcastocker and Rule.

Meads had their chances to wrap the game up, while Wilkins kept Chippenham out with a player of the match performance.

Under 14 Division 1 SWINDON Rangers Allstars recorded a 10-0 home win against a spirited Wanborough side.

Rangers’ hitman pairing of Dan Skinner and Joe Tyson each scored a double.

Man of the match Harry Salter hit a well-taken hat-trick in a strong performance as Sean Wilkinson, Toby Kutassy and Luke Carter, with his first for his new club, kept Rangers Allstars unbeaten with a 100 per cent record in the league.

Under 14 Division 2 DESPITE a dogged effort from Ramsbury Juniors, Ferndale Rodbourne YCFC kept their winning streak going with an outstanding team performance to earn a 8-1 win.

Brandon Page and Bailey Gallagher netted one goal each, while Dawid Osinski and player of the match Callum Barrett both bagged hat-tricks.

Under 15 Division 3 A GOAL in each half from Keenan Burton kept his fine run going but a strike by Ritchie Harwar in the second half was not enough for Croft in a 4-3 defeat against Shrivenham and Watchfield.
