MALMESBURY Victoria require two points from their final four games to clinch the Wiltshire League Premier Division title.
Wayne Kibble's side, who beat Wilts Calne Town 2-1 last Saturday, are currently seven points clear at the top of the table and could escape the reach of Trowbridge Town and Melksham Town Reserves if they take all three points at 14th-placed Marlborough Town this evening (kick-off 6.15pm).
Third-placed Melksham hammered basement boys Vale of Pewsey 9-0 last weekend whilst second-placed Ludgsershall Sports, who can't catch Malmesbury, dispatched Southbrook 3-0.
Trowbridge Town were 2-1 winners at home to Westbury United Reserves whilst Wroughton stretched their unbeaten run to four games with a 1-0 win over Trowbrige Wanderers.
The spoils were shared as Devizes Town Reserves played out a 2-2 stalemate with Shrewton United and Marlborough racked up their second victory in a row after a comfortable 3-0 win at Corsham Town Reserves.
Wootton Bassett Town Development picked up a point after holding Sarum Youth to a 1-1 draw.
