CROFT Junior Red gave themselves every chance of lifting the Under 14 Division One title with victory over Swindon Rangers All Stars.
Two goals from Harvey Coster sealed a 2-1 victory that moves Croft three points clear at the top of the table, with Harvey George netting for Rangers.
Elsewhere, second-placed Swindon Rangers lost 4-3 at Broad Town Colts, goals from Clint Lomax, Jack Paines and Gregor Thompson proving in vain as a brace from substitute Hamsa Amaan and Cameron Bell and Daniel Goss strikes clinched victory for Broad Town.
FC Calne beat Abbey Meads Colts 5-1 in Under 14 Division Two whilst Ferndale Rodbourne won 5-2 at Lamborn Sports.
In the Under 11 Division One, goals from Luke Legg and Harry Johnson weren't enough to prevent Swindon Supermarine J side losing 4-2 at FC Calne.
