HIGHWORTH Town will kick off the new Premier Division season on the road after being handed a trip Bracknell Town on the opening day of the season.

John Fisher’s men will travel to Larges Lane on Saturday, August 8 as they look to improve on their seventh-placed finish last term.

Newly-named Royal Wootton Bassett Town will open the campaign at their new Ballards Ash ground, having moved back to the town after two seasons playing at Cirencester.

Brackley Town Saints, who were promoted from Division One East last term, are the first visitors to the new home of Paul Braithwaite’s side.

Both sides face midweek matches in the opening week of the season, with Highworth entertaining new-promoted Tuffley Rovers at The Elms on Tuesday, August 11 before Bassett travel to Oxford City Nomads 24 hours later.

Shrivenham start life in Division One West with a local derby, following their relegation from the Premier Division.

Michael McNally's men are at home to Gareth Davies' Fairford Town.

Purton, under the guidance of Justin Miller, are also at home and entertain North Leigh United.

Shrivvy are the only side with a midweek match, and they also face North Leigh away from home on August 11.
