HELLENIC LEAGUE: Wins for Highworth and Bassett
HIGHWORTH Town and Royal Wootton Bassett Town both claimed Hellenic League Premier Division victories on the road tonight.
Jeff Roberts' Highworth claimed their third win in five away matches as they were 2-0 victors at Longlevens.
Aysa Corrick opened the scoring in the first half after latching on to a through-ball from Ashley Edenborough and the points were wrapped up in the second as Keiron Gleed rose to head home a Chris Taylor free kick.
Meanwhile Bassett hit back from a goal down to win 3-1 at Thatcham Town, courtesy of Dale Richards, Henry Spalding and an own goal.
