HIGHWORTH Town Juniors T U14s put in a workmanlike performance as they beat Croft Juniors Blue 8-2 in Division One.

After a slow start, the hosts took the lead through Thomas Harris before Croft restored parity.

Josh Uzzell, Paul Amoni and a second for Harris gave Highworth a 4-1 lead before Croft grabbed a second.

Jack Wilmot added a fifth for the young Worthians before the break.

In the second half, Harris completed his hat-trick, while Amoni and Wimot added to their goals in the first period.

Midfielder Jack Bourton was named player-of-the match.

Swindon Supermarine J U13s continue to sweep all before them as they thrashed Chippenham Blue 6-1 in the Wiltshire Cup and book their place in quarter-finals.

Supermarine wasted a hatful of chances in the first half and did not break the deadlock until late in the period thanks to a strike from Joah Hall.

After the interval, Supermarine were quickly into their stride as Harry Johnson played in Owen Spavins to net his first.

Two quick goals from Spavins saw the visitors go 4-0 up before Chippenham pulled a goal back.

Josh Godwin restored the four-goal advantage before Max Townsend missed a penalty.

Hall grabbed his second when he headed home to maintain Supermarine’s 100 per cent record.

Max Duggan and a Jacob Edwards-Brown brace were not enough to prevent Ferndale U16s losing 5-3 to leaders Croft Juniors Red. Jimmy White was Ferndale’s player-of-the match.
