HIGHWORTH Town Juniors T came from behind in their Under 14 Division One clash at Hungerford Town Juniors to win 4-2.
The hosts took a 1-0 lead into the break before a low drive from Thomas Harris drew Highworth level in the second half.
An own goal and a strike from Will Webster gave the visitors a 3-1 lead before Paul Amoni drilled home Highworth’s fourth. Hungerford notched a late consolation.
UNDER 13 DIVISION ONE SWINDON
Supermarine U13 J put on a fine second half display to defeat their club mates Supermarine N 6-1.
In a tight match, Owen Spavins and Josh Godwin both went close for Marine J, however, it was the N side who took the lead.
With half-time approaching, Marine J drew level when Spavins slotted the ball beyond the on-rushing keeper.
After several chances early in the second period, Marine J took the lead when a long throw from Godwin found Spavins in space to tap home his and his team’s second.
Rhys Ward made it 3-1 to the J side and another Godwin throw lead to Marine J’s fourth, this time it was Harry Johnson on hand to find the net.
Harry Money added the fifth when he pounced on Harley-Shaun Platt’s parried before Marc Mikuzi completed the scoring with a header.
