SWINDON Supermarine surrendered an early lead to lose 3-1 away to Salisbury in the Wiltshire Senior Cup second round.
Josh Parsons had put Dave Webb’s men in the driving seat when he found the back of the net in the opening 10 minutes.
However, Salisbury hit back with two goals of their own to lead 2-1 at the break, before adding a third in the second half which inflicted a second consecutive defeat for Supermarine.
Royal Wootton Bassett saw their FA Vase ambitions brought to an end following a 3-2 defeat to Horndean.
Antonio Gerrish grabbed the first goal before the hosts found a reply to make it 1-1 going into the break.
Bassett were back in front shortly afterwards due to Lewis Waldon’s effort, but suffered a 3-2 loss at the final whistle as the home side snatched a quick-fire double.
