HELLENIC League Premier Division rivals Highworth Town and Royal Wootton Bassett Town will have to meet once again as their Floodlit Cup clash was curtailed by the weather.

On previous occasions Highworth had held the advantage over Bassett this season, with two league victories and a Wiltshire Senior Cup success, while Bassett had set their sights on progressing get beyond the third round of the cup competition for the first time since the 2002-03 season.

Neither team were able to break the deadlock in the first half at The Elms, as the fog began to descend on proceedings.

Despite being unsuccessful against the Worthians earlier this year, Bassett took the initiative early in the second half. Ryan Withers broke the deadlock, however, their success was short lived as Ash Edenborough levelled shortly after, before the game was abandoned shortly before the hour mark due to the fog.
