LAWN Netball Club are celebrating success on an individual and team level, after one of their young players was selected for the English squad and one of their sides progressed to the finals of the All England Netball Nationals.
Natasha Chilambo, who plays for Lawn Under 17s, has been selected for the England Under 17 squad.
Chilambo, who was part of the Lawn side which emerged triumphant from the Salisbury netball tournament two weeks ago, will meet up with the national side in prepartion for the spring international series.
Meanwhile, Lawn Under 14s made it thorugh to the Under 14 Finals of the All England Netball Nationals after emerging triumphant from the final regional qualification event at Bristol’s last weekend.
The youngsters will take part in the finals at Loughborough University on May 14 and May 15.
