DAVID Howell returns to action today at the Commercialbank Qatar Masters in Doha seeking to build on his 64th-placed finish at the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship last week.
Howell’s third round let him down in Abu Dhabi after a solid opening two days’ golf, as the former Ryder Cup star shot 75 to lose touch with the leaders.
Howell tees off with Johan Edbors and Richie Ramsay at 11.10am local time (8.10am GMT).
The field for the event includes such illustrious golfing names as European Ryder Cup captain Colin Montgomerie, Thomas Bjorn and Miguel Angel Jimenez.
Howell finished tied for 39th place at the event last year after shooting a cumulative score of five under par.
