GOLF: Awards handed out for Wrag's senior winners

Wrag Barn Seniors section held their annual Christmas Dinner and Presentation evening earlier this month.

Club president Mike Bowes and captain Hemant Patel handed out the awards.

Alan Wood received the Seniors Champion of 2011 Trophy while the three members Norman Jeffery, Jim Christie and Des Williams all received club ties for managing hole-in-ones during the year.

The Senior section at Wrag Barn continues to go from strength to strength with with in excess of 120 current members with competitions taking place on Mondays.
