SWINDON Wildcats’ National League side will be looking to bounce back from a 6-2 defeat when they hosts Bristol Pitbulls in the cup tomorrow.

The Link Centre side go into the match following a Division Two South defeat against Cardiff Satans – just seven days after beating the Welsh side on their own rink.

Loris Taylor and Daniel Sullivan scored the two Wildcats goals with Jaeden Boland Pedley claiming an assist.

The Okanagan Hockey Academy sides cruised to victories in their respective games with the under 16s beating their Basingstoke counterparts 26-0, while the under 18s picked up a 21-0 win over Peterborough.

Harry Gullivan led the way with six goals and two assists for the under 16s, while Mac Howlett (3+5), Cade Neilson (3+5), Jordan Kesall (4+3), Patrick Larkin (2+5), Balint Pakozdi (3+3), Brandon Finch (1+3), Javier Ramirez Cortes (2+1), Samuel Russuel (1+2) and Oliver Harris (1+0) also on target.

For the under 18s, Toms Rutkis, who has featured for Wildcats’ EPL side this season, netted five goals and picked up one assist with Glenn Billing (2+4), Ishvan Dragomir (2+3), Kyle Smith (3+1), Adam Finlinson (2+2), Mac Howlett (1+3), Simon Kunin (1+3), Luc Johnson (1+2), Ben Nethersell (1+2), Arthur Joselowitsch (2+0), Jordan Kelsall (1+0), Oliver Stone (0+1) and Harry Gulliver (0+1) also on the scoresheet.

Swindon’s under 16s A side lost 10-2 to Guildford with Liam Coleman (1+0), Callum Stockley Phillips (1+0) and Cameron Sadler (0+1) scoring.

In the club’s in-house under 12s league, Cyclone edged a seven-goal thriller against Blizzard.

Harrison Heath (2+1), Ben Clarke Leach (1+0) and, Jamie Smith (1+0) were on target for the victors with Quinley Alexander (2+0), Oscar Kelly (0+2), Felix Kelly (1+0) and Josh Paulin (0+1) replying.

Callum Bridgeman’s two goals and one assist helped the Hurricanes to a 3-1 win over Thunder with Kian Harfield adding the other. Finn Devlin Shirley struck for Thunder.
