I’VE ONLY seen the changes to the import rules in the league briefly, so I’ve not really spoken to anyone about it yet but it is what it is.

Representatives from every team in the league have met and had their say, and collectively, they’ve agreed on what’s the biggest benefit for the league.

As imports, we’re employed by the product and the league decides what’s best for things to improve, so if the number of imports is going down, that’s it.

At the end of the day, you can only control what you can control, so I’m not worried and I’m just concentrating on the games coming up between now and the end of the season.

I know what I can do, so I’m just going to think about playing, and hopefully, there are teams that want that – if that’s Swindon, then I’ll be there next year.

I know that I was only suspended for three games, but it felt like forever, so it was really nice to be back playing on Sunday against Sheffield.

Getting a goal was great and that’s the way I wanted to return, and hopefully the way the team wanted me to return as well.

We’re really happy with the two wins that we got last weekend and it’s a pleasure to be in that room at the moment.

I think that Aaron (Nell) was after a response after we let a couple of games slip, and that’s what he got, and it was pleasing to see some of the younger players like (Michael) Stratford and Jordan (Kelsall) pitch in with goals, which is what we need when we’ve got players injured and suspended.

It’s really tight in the middle of those standings and if you can put together a couple of wins, you can move up a place or two.

We’ve got a game against Guildford on Sunday and they’re right below us, so that’s an important one but we’re not looking past Bracknell.

I know they’re at the bottom of the table but we’ve had some tough games against them and we lost against them the last time we played, so that will be in the back of our minds.

After Bracknell, we’ll look forward to going to Guildford because it’s probably our biggest game in the last month-and-a-half of the season.
