2014 SWINDON skipper Troy Batchelor has revealed he may cut back on his schedule next year - but that racing in Britain remains very much part of his plans.

Batchelor is poised to take part in the FIM Speedway Grand Prix series in 2015 after being handed a wildcard following a ninth-placed finish this year.

Batchelor told speedwaygp.com: “Soon I’ll be starting to think about where I’ll be racing in 2015. Right this second, I’m just waiting to see what the rules are for next year with the clubs. Then I’ll try and make a plan.

“I don’t want to take on too much. I’ve always talked missing Sweden and just concentrate on Britain, Poland, the Grand Prix and World Cup. Maybe I’ll do a few Danish meetings. I’m not too sure.

“There is talk of Britain having fewer meetings and the same for Sweden. I’m not sure what’s happening in Poland. Everything is a bit up in the air at the minute. I’ll sit down and think about it once we get the new rules and take it from there. But I definitely want to be back in Britain.”
