Robins' trip to Coventry is off
SWINDON Robins' Elite League trip to Coventry Bees tonight has been postponed.
The Midlands club took an early decision to call of the fixture with the Brandon Stadium track wet and further rain forecast.
A Bees club statement said: "Coventry have taken an early decision to postpone tonight’s Elite League fixture against Swindon.
"The Brandon circuit is currently very wet following the rainfall of earlier in the week, and unfortunately further heavy rain is forecast for this afternoon.
"A new date for the meeting is to be confirmed.''
The Robins, who beat Belle Vie 48-42 at the Abbey Stadium last night, are next in action at the Manchester club on Monday evening.
