ALUN Rossiter has warned his riders to guard against complacency at Coventry tonight, but admits he would be "very disappointed" if Robins failed to win their first piece of silverware of the new campaign.
Swindon take an enormous 22-point lead into the second leg at Brandon, but Rosco knows the Bees could still have a sting in the tail.
The 2007 treble winners will be smarting from last night's humiliation at a blustery Blunsdon, but Rossiter, pictured left, insists his boys are ready for the back-lash.
He said: "We can't afford to take anything for granted, but it was a superb performance tonight.
"Five of them won't understand, but this was a great night for Gary (Patchett), Terry Russell, Leigh Adams and Mads Korneliussen, who got beaten by Coventry three times last year.
"I know it's only the Elite Shield, but it has still set the tone for what we want to do.

"I am really pleased with the progress the riders are showing."
Last night's win followed an impressive Craven Shield success over the much-fancied Eastbourne Eagles, but Rosco insists he is not surprised by the start his new-look side have made.
The experts' labelled Robins as also-rans at the beginning of the season, but there may be one or two bookies feeling a little hot under collar after the last four days.
Said Rosco: "We will let the results do the talking now.
"I just want to see if we can keep this form going.
"Confidence is really high and the spirit in the camp is wonderful.
"I know it's early days, but this is a chance to get our season up and running.
"I would be very disappointed if we didn't finish the job in Coventry."
