SWINDON swimmer Tilly Gray stormed into the Commonwealth Games overnight by winning the US Open 200m fly title.
Loughborough student Gray went below the 2:10.00 qualifying time that was required for her to book herself a place at the Glasgow Games next year in claiming gold in California.
She recorded a winning time of 2:09.83, seeing off competition from Lau Harrington, who grabbed silver, and third-placed Brenn Maclean.
