A man from the Southminster area has been released on police bail after having been arrested over the death of a cyclist.
Officers arrested the 30-year-old on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following the fatal collision last Wednesday (MAY2) in South Woodham Ferrers.
The cyclist, Timothy Jennings, 52, of Battlesbridge, had been travelling towards Shaw Farm and died at the scene.
