Jason Godbeer
SWINDON pool player Jason Godbeer has qualified to play in the Men’s World Masters to be held in Blackpool next month.
The event, which is being held at the Imperial Hotel over the weekned of June 24-26, forms part of the English Pool Association’s World Championships.
Godbeer successfully came through the qualifying event at Great Yarmouth earlier this month, taking on more than 260 other hopefuls to reach the last 32 and secure a spot at Blackpool.
Fellow Swindon player Jamie Galt just missed out on a trip to Lancashire, losing 5-4 in his last match.
